These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChinaTradeGuard website (ctg.iflawyer.com) operated by Yifu Legal Technology Co., Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any service on the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

ChinaTradeGuard provides self-service, AI-generated information products for overseas buyers and businesses sourcing from China:

• Supplier due-diligence report — a plain-English risk report compiled from official corporate and judicial records for a named Chinese company.
• Contract drafting — a first-draft English contract generated from your described deal terms.
• Contract review — a clause-by-clause risk review of a contract you submit.
• Legal Q&A — informational answers to China-related sourcing and legal questions with cited sources.

3. No legal advice

All reports, drafts, reviews and answers are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for general information only. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney–client relationship, and are not a substitute for the advice of a qualified lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. You should not rely on any output for a real transaction, contract or dispute without first consulting a licensed professional.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and create an account to use paid services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Free daily usage quotas are provided at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order you authorize Stripe to charge the stated amount using the payment method you provide. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Delivery

Products are digital and delivered by email to your registered address. A due-diligence report is typically delivered within 15 minutes of payment but may take longer during busy periods. Contract drafts and reviews are displayed in your account and delivered by email once generated. If you do not receive a purchased product, contact us at info@iflawyer.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to resell or redistribute our reports, or to submit information that infringes the rights of others. You retain your rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Official records may be incomplete, out of date, or subject to correction. We do not guarantee that any report will identify every risk associated with a counterparty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yifu Legal Technology Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
