Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products

All ChinaTradeGuard products are digital goods delivered by email (reports, contract drafts, contract reviews) or credited to your account (credit packs and supplier-check packs). Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", the refund terms below apply.

2. When you are entitled to a refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• You paid but the product was never delivered (for example, no report was emailed and no report appears in your account); or
• The delivered product is materially defective or unusable and we are unable to correct it after a reasonable opportunity.

3. When refunds are not provided

Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once a report, draft, or review has been generated and delivered to you, or once purchased credits have been consumed. No refund is given for a change of mind after delivery, or for outcomes that depend on third-party official records being incomplete.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before the product has been generated by emailing us. Once generation has started and the product is delivered, cancellation is treated as a refund request under section 2.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@iflawyer.com with your order number (format CTG-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX), the email address used to register, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
